Venues
|
Acoustic Sussex currently uses two main venues, depending on the nature of the artist, seating requirements, etc. We also occasionally use a small pub in Turners Hill, mainly for open air summer events. All the venues are within a few miles of each other, in the Crawley/East Grinstead/Haywards Heath area. Each is easily accessible via road (eg. from M23 junction 10) or by rail/taxi (stations at Gatwick, Three Bridges, Haywards Heath or East Grinstead). For information on nearby accommodation, go to our Links page.

The Red Lion, Turners Hill (formerly the home of the Turners Hill/Crawley Folk Club) is a traditional Harveys pub with a large rear garden with a stage for occasional summer events. Mine hosts, Ashley and Elaine, are musicians themselves - so anything can happen here! Prepared food normally available lunchtimes only but if you telephone well in advance, Elaine may be able to accommodate your requirements! The
